Entering quoted rates via the keyboard

Use the keyboard to enter rates received from vendor and
plug missing rates as necessary |

Steps

Step
1: Left click to select the required vendor Selected vendor is
highlighted in bold |
|
|
|
|
|
Step
2: Left click on item rate to be edited Matching
quoted rates from other vendors will be displayed against vendor name. List of
suggested rates displayed including the any current rate for the selected
trade To plug any
missing rate, left double click from the displayed list and plugged symbol
will be displayed |

3: Use BUILD UP tab to display other resources in current item |

|
|
|
|
Step
4: Enter rate and return to move to next item rate and repeat Complete entry or save and return as necessary |
